Return from hosted subscription management

/subscription-management/return

For an effective change, waits for a bounded period until the locally projected active base item matches the requested target price. A scheduled provider outcome remains processing until its future effective provider fact is projected. A valid signed session that expires before return is redirected without polling. The browser is redirected to the allowlisted application URL with billing_subscription_id and billing_subscription_management_result, whose values are success, processing, or expired.
