Unreleased - 2026-08-13​

  • Exact rational meter revenue and cost rating replaces block-oriented pricing and legacy rounding buckets.
  • Contract pricing v2 applies auditable exact-rate adjustments to catalog rates.
  • Gate supports caller-owned lease references; unsuccessful work needs no follow-up Gate request because authorize reserves nothing.
  • Budgets support caller-owned budget references for authorize and ingest while retaining budget_id for management.
  • Entitlement errors identify the rejected feature/family, and billing-user provisioning now enforces the default plan assignment atomically.

This release has no compatibility or data-migration path for the replaced pricing and reference models. See Breaking changes.
